Bruce is a licensed attorney in both California and Colorado. Before moving to Colorado, Bruce served as the Assistant Public Administrator/Public Guardian for the County of Orange, where he managed all aspects of the department, including a staff of 65 employees dedicated to helping administering decedent estates, as well as overseeing the support of over 1,500 residents who were unable to properly provide for their personal needs.
Before becoming a Trustee and Public Administrator, Bruce served as an associate attorney with a major international law firm, was General Counsel to a real estate developer, and served as a sole practitioner with an emphasis on estate planning,
Bruce received his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He resides in Highlands Ranch with his bride of 20 plus years, Kelly, and his two high school sons, Mitchell and Ethan.
