Valerie oversees trust administration on behalf of the Trustee Services Group. Trained on trust accounting by AccuTech University, Valerie learned the importance of detail and account reconciliation while serving as the trade assistant for the fund managers at Pacific Investment Management Company (commonly known as PIMCO), one of the largest active global fixed income managers in the world.

Steve is a nationally recognized author and speaker on the technical and legal aspects of trusts and trust administration.
With over 30 years of fiduciary experience, Steve has overseen the management of perhaps every type of estate asset and is commonly called upon by attorneys and financial professionals to assist in the design and oversight of estate plans for high net worth clients and those with unique family circumstances. Steve shares his extensive background as a consultative mentor to trustees and serves on a national basis as an expert witness on fiduciary related controversies.

Randy serves as Executive Vice President for Yellowstone Trust Administration, focusing exclusively on the administration of charitable remainder and charitable lead trusts. Yellowstone is responsible for assisting with all administrative functions related to the highly specialized field of charitable trusts including trust accounting, annual reports and tax return preparation.

With a broad background and experience in working with families and business owners, Rick synthesizes tools and perspectives from a variety of disciplines to help clients discover and achieve their personal life goals. A disciple of Joel Salatin of Polyface Farm in Virginia, Craig McHugh’s mission is to assist other farm and ranch families by incorporating sound business principals in creating sustainable operations. Referring to himself a “gentlemen farmer,” Craig left a lucrative career in the hightech business world to establish his own organic farm.
